Christmas Shipping Guidelines

 
TL;DR

Stock Items: Dec. 18th
Print-On-Demand Items: Dec. 8th-10th
Int'l Shipping: Passed b/c Int'l shipping can be a cluster fluff

USPS is sometimes taking 5-6 days vs. 3-4 days to arrive.
Keep an eye on your tracking number pls. <3


DETAILS

Stock Items such as Prints, Pins, Plushies, and Stickers are shipped from our home location in Florida. The deadline to get these items in time for Christmas is the 18th. 

For "Print-On-Demand" items, the cut-off date is around December 8th-10th. They take a little extra time to produce and ship.

We do our best to get items out in a timely manner (1-3 Business Days depending on order flow). Once the items are in the hands of the Postal Service, there is only so much we can do when it comes to delays in their service, especially if you factor things like weather.
Please keep an eye on your tracking and communicate with your local postal office if you feel something is amiss. You can also contact us if you need assistance (see below).

If you are having items shipping internationally, I agree, the postage is stupid-expensive, especially for those who fall under Brexit. This is beyond our control. Larger companies have more sway at reduced rates through volume discounts or overseas warehousing. :( We are smol and that is beyond our ability at the moment. 
The Int'l Postal Service can be hit or miss on shipping times. Sometimes it's 1 week, sometimes it's 90 days. This is beyond our control. If your item has not arrived in 30 days, please check your tracking and contact the carrier. You can also contact us if they are not of any help.
We can issue a refund/put in a claim after 90 days (this is their protocol). Often when we put in a claim, the item is found and shows up within a week.
I agree. This is silly of them.

We are here to help in anyway we can and want you and your loved ones to have a great experience in receiving goodies from our little shop. It might take a little bit of time to sort out any potential issues, but know we offer return/refund options.
