After volunteering and living at Birds of Paradise Sanctuary and Rescue for about 2 months, I decided to return back home to South Florida with my flock.

I don't want to get into details, but I will say I learned a lot and will continue to help our feathered buddies through local bird groups and through cute educational pieces online. My dream is to have a bird sanctuary and I'm slowly working my way towards that.

I just got a camper for foster birds! It's not pretty yet, but with some paint, chubby bird graphics, and a little bit of effort, I think it will be. It's also handy if I need to run from hurricanes.

Thanks for your support and any guidance you can offer. I will keep on trying to do my best for the birds.
